At Precision Diagnostics, I coordinate payroll-related administration for a workforce of more than 400 employees across multiple states. I’m also the primary point of contact for payroll, benefits, and wellness inquiries.

I administer and audit the company 401(k) plan and coordinate annual Open Enrollment, including employee communications, vendor coordination, and HRIS implementation. I also support leave administration and develop employee wellness initiatives.

Previously, as a Human Resources Generalist at Precision Diagnostics, I streamlined payroll and benefits processes and audited HRIS tax configurations across 40+ states, resolving discrepancies.

Before moving into HR, I managed retail teams at Starbucks Coffee Company, Tommy Bahama, and Forever 21. At Forever 21, I managed a new store opening and hired and trained more than 40 employees.
