I'm currently managing bi-weekly and monthly payroll for approximately 700 employees at Archway Dental Partners, including multi-state compliance, payroll validation, and detailed audit documentation.
I also maintain contractual agreements for more than 100 providers and compile production-based compensation calculations to deliver accurate, compliant payouts. I partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to resolve discrepancies and improve payroll processes.
Previously at Mitsubishi HC Capital America, I designed and managed compensation and benefits programs, audited commission plans with 100% accuracy, and supported payroll for more than 400 employees across 30 states through ADP Workforce Now.
My experience also includes benefits administration, leave programs, COBRA, severance processing, onboarding, open enrollment, workers' compensation audits, and employee support. I bring a practical, detail-focused approach to payroll, HRIS, compliance, and total rewards operations.
