I seek roles that combine customer interaction and technical support where I can improve service delivery, learn, and contribute to operational efficiency.

I am an adaptable professional with experience in sales, customer service, translation, technical support, and consultancy. I combine strong communication skills with IT and data collection abilities to deliver reliable results in diverse roles.

Currently I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Paramedic short course, which complement my hands-on experience in sales promotion, remote data tasks, and logistics. I have a track record of meeting targets under tight deadlines and working independently to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

As a volunteer translator with the Kenya Red Cross Society, I helped bridge language gaps to improve community outreach and service delivery. In consultancy work for Billy Appliances Limited, I supported online sales and customer experience improvements, contributing to streamlined delivery services and client relations.
