I’m looking for a leadership role where I can drive enterprise DesignOps and AI-enabled product transformations—building design systems lifecycles, accessibility-aware UI, and measurable design ROI—while partnering closely with Engineering and Product VPs.

I’m a forward-thinking Design Executive with over a decade of experience spearheading AI-enabled product transformations, enterprise-scale DesignOps frameworks, and next-generation interactive UI paradigms. I build architecture-level workflow models that bridge product design vision with core systems development at scale.

In my current role, I systematized global product discovery and component handoff lifecycles, enabling cross-functional pods to deploy highly interactive live UI modules rather than static visual experiences. I also govern the modular expansion, accessibility mandates, and multi-platform distribution architectures of the primary enterprise design system.

I chair AI Integration & UX Labs, experimenting with advanced generative layouts, data-heavy charts, and 3D UI tokens to shorten cross-organizational prototyping cycles.
