What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities in information technology, customer service, technical support, or systems development, where I can contribute my customer service experience and knowledge of web development and programming.

At Brisanet, I support customers by phone and digital channels, identify their needs, and help with telecom, mobile phone, and internet service issues. I also record and follow up on requests, and guide customers through initial troubleshooting.

I'm studying Systems Analysis and Development at IFRN – Campus Pau dos Ferros and have practical experience with web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive interfaces. I created Young Chicken, a sales management system project, and WorshipKeys, a project involving music technology and MIDI; I also run FE Gráfica Rápida, providing graphic products and services to customers.
