What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my software development knowledge in a collaborative, agile environment, contributing to digital transformation projects while growing through practical development experience.

I've supported internal users at Atacadão, resolving Level 1 technical requests across hardware, operating systems, computer networks, workstation configuration, and management systems.

Alongside technical support, I contributed to store operations and inventory control at Atacadão, organizing high volumes of merchandise and working with multidisciplinary teams to meet operational deadlines.

I'm completing a degree in Systems Analysis and Development at Universidade Paulista (UNIP), following technical training in Systems Development through Novotec. I've also completed Front-End Webmaster training and Google Cloud Foundation coursework.

With a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate, I'm looking to apply my software development knowledge in collaborative, agile environments and contribute to digital transformation projects.
