I'm supporting and enhancing ServiceNow SPM and ITSM implementations at Wipro for international enterprise clients, building custom features, script includes, user stories, and flow automations. Previously at Aoop Cloud Solutions, I delivered end-to-end SPM modules and executive dashboards for clients including Raízen, Ultracargo, Nexa Resources, Logicalis, Fleury, Iguá Saneamento, Dexco, ArcelorMittal, and Paschoalotto.
I've spent more than 12 years in project portfolio management, including architecting Clarity PPM solutions at Capgemini IT for Oi Telecom and developing enterprise Java web applications at Stefanini IT Solutions. I work across business and technical teams to turn complex requirements into practical platform designs, workflow automation, and portfolio visibility.
