After 14 years in tech, mostly working with startups (as (Senior) Product Manager and Leader, Product Designer, co-founder, first employee, and in lead positions at companies ranging from 20 to 300 employees), I'm convinced - some might even call it an obsession - that users' needs must be the absolute centerpiece in creating relevant products. With this principle, I've built products from scratch and continued improving existing software, leading several teams to successful outcomes.

Since 2022 I have been active as a Design advisor at TRVLR Pay, an innovative American fintech in the travel vertical. In 2024, I advanced to the role of Head of Product and Design, where I oversee all aspects of product strategy, management, and design.

Between 2022 and 2024 I have been active as a Senior Product Manager at Sudo Technology. My primary responsibility was the delivery of a massive multichannel e-commerce ecosystem for one of Taiwan's leading business conglomerates. This required me to create the initial design philosophy files and translate them into a design system. This was the foundation for the design team to continue delivering all design assets. With the first project phase completed in March 2024, the first deliveries have already spurred interest from other companies within the Holding, and a spin-off for further development has been created.

Before joining Sudo, I dedicated 2.5 years to Makepath, an Austin-based startup specialized in AI-driven geospatial applications for industry giants like Walmart, Safegraph, NCX, and SAM, where I was primarily responsible for data visualization strategies and product design. A standout achievement was leading the creation and delivery of a completely new map and data visualization tool for SAM's 350+ clients, ensuring a seamless transition from their legacy system.
