What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative role in recruitment or talent acquisition where I can lead hiring initiatives, mentor teams, and improve candidate experience while growing professionally.

I am a dynamic recruitment professional with four years of talent acquisition experience and additional consulting experience in career guidance. My background in modern languages underpins strong cross-cultural communication across Spanish, French and English.

I have led hiring processes end-to-end — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers — and have supported recruitment operations in Colombia and Australia. I have experience using ATS, running recruitment events and compiling candidate pipelines.
