What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support international hiring and business growth through end-to-end recruitment, technical sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and scalable talent processes.

I've built and scaled technology teams at AXPO Group, helping grow an IT function from zero to more than 200 employees in its first year while supporting expansion across Switzerland, Spain, Europe, the US, and Singapore.

Across AXPO Group, ManpowerGroup Solutions, Securitas Direct, and 11 Recruitment, I've managed end-to-end hiring for IT, energy, finance, risk, treasury, HR, marketing, sales, executive assistant, and specialised technical roles. I source internationally, run structured assessments, manage talent pipelines, support relocation and work visas, and partner closely with senior stakeholders.

With a Psychology degree and a Master’s in Human Resources and Talent Management, I bring a behavioural, data-driven approach to candidate selection, recruitment reporting, retention, and organisational growth. I've also supported ATS implementation, stakeholder training, and process standardisation.
