What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can lead talent and engagement initiatives, mentor teams, and drive strategic people and business outcomes within a collaborative, purpose-driven organisation.

I am a people and business professional with strong experience in talent acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and business coordination across NSW government agencies. I deliver end-to-end recruitment, develop engagement and communication plans, and produce strategic content that drives candidate and stakeholder outcomes.

In my current role I provide financial and compliance analysis, procurement support, project planning and performance management, and prepare briefings and reports to inform decision-making. I mentor staff, embed people-centred culture, and lead continuous improvement in work health and safety.

I have a track record of building collaborative relationships with community, government and non-government stakeholders, delivering DEI initiatives, high-volume recruitment campaigns, and creating marketing and engagement materials that support organisational priorities.
