I am an entrepreneurial, commercially-minded ecosystem builder with a proven background in venture building, strategic partnerships, and fundraising. I focus on translating technical innovations into scalable business opportunities with measurable impact.

In my current role as Strategic Initiatives & Ecosystem Manager, I apply for European grants and build consortia across Europe while managing implementation of the EU project “Girls Go Circular.” I create partnerships and secure sponsors for events such as the AI4ALL Summit to grow networks and resources.

Previously, I managed the AMS Startup Booster and entrepreneurship projects, co-founded Tulip Ventures, and led accelerator programs where I scouted a record number of startups, doubled mentor participation, increased partnerships by 33%, saved 23% of costs, and improved program ratings on all metrics.
