I’m a results-driven Account Manager with 3+ years of experience managing high-value client portfolios in nearshoring, staffing, and technology services. I focus on account growth, client retention, and delivery optimization using data-driven decision-making, Lean methodologies, and cross-functional leadership at the executive level.

In my current role, I manage a portfolio of 15+ client accounts, align delivery with business goals, and ensure high client satisfaction. I lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), oversee end-to-end onboarding and scaling of engineering teams, and proactively manage risks through escalation handling and mitigation strategies.

I also partner with clients on workforce planning and hiring strategies, analyzing metrics to optimize team allocation, productivity, and delivery outcomes. Previously, as an Implementation Analyst, I led client onboarding, implemented process improvements aligned with OKRs, and developed dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
