What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can manage client relationships, coordinate cross-functional processes, improve service performance, and apply my international business and bilingual communication experience.

I've managed corporate accounts and coordinated client service processes across multinational environments for more than 10 years.

At Americas Styrenics de Colombia, I managed approximately 30 corporate accounts across 11 countries, including key accounts, and coordinated follow-up for hundreds of orders each month.

I monitored On-Time Delivery and Order Accuracy, resolved escalations with teams spanning logistics, transportation, quality, sales, invoicing, accounts receivable, and customs brokers, and helped standardize non-traditional transactions for reliable invoicing and reporting.

Previously, at Sociedad Portuaria Regional de Cartagena, I managed customer-service claims and coordinated timely follow-up with national and international clients. I bring an MBA, international business training, fluent English, and native Spanish to client and process coordination work.
