What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote or Europe-based roles where I can own operations and communications for live or digital platforms, build scalable content workflows, and automate processes to cut manual work—while applying data-driven, compliance-aware thinking.

I’m an operations professional with 5+ years coordinating communications, content workflows, and digital systems in the live music industry. I’m known for designing processes from scratch, managing multiple stakeholders under real-time pressure, and reducing manual effort through automation tools.

In my current embedded operations and communications role at Produce Crack, I manage end-to-end content workflows for concerts and festivals with 20,000+ attendees. I designed and maintained asset management systems, coordinate multi-channel content calendars, and produce press materials with consistent turnaround during live-event time constraints.

Alongside that, I founded and operate Mansa Música, an independent music media project covering 50+ live events per month. I own operational design and content strategy, built a Trello-based pipeline for show tracking, and grew organic reach to 38K followers and 1.5M monthly views through disciplined operations and consistent editorial output.

I also bring an environmental engineering background to every ops challenge—structured, data-driven, and compliance-aware. From traceability and waste management documentation to carbon footprint thinking, I aim to create workflows that are both efficient and accountable, and I’m available for remote or Europe-based roles.
