I am a 20‑year‑old IT professional from Albania with a vocational diploma in Computer Networks & Telecommunications and multiple Cisco certifications (CCNA Introduction to Networks, IT Essentials, Cybersecurity Essentials).

During my 7‑month internship at AESS, I configured small business networks with routers, switches, VLANs, and inter‑VLAN routing using Packet Tracer. I also managed Windows Server environments, worked with Linux systems, and learned how to maintain network security.

I speak fluent English (certified B1, near‑daily professional use) and native Albanian. I have experience translating technical information and assisting international clients, so I am comfortable working across cultures.
