I am looking to support healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care to patients while streamlining administrative processes and improving practice efficiency.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Radiology Technology. I have been a customer service representative for 2 years, and I have noticed that I am good at dealing with people. Throughout my career as a prior authorization specialist, I have focused on US medical healthcare, and I am well versed in helping my clients understand policies, verifying benefits, prior authorization checking claims, and medication status. I am also HIPAA-certified and well-trained as a medical biller and as an appointment setter. I am detail-oriented, always eager to learn, and can work with little to no supervision.
