I built a cross-platform IT Support Toolkit that gathers Windows, macOS, and Linux diagnostic evidence, produces versioned JSON reports, and generates structured incident handover notes for service-desk triage.

My work includes backup and disk-management automation at Aston University, where I created full, differential, and incremental backup scripts using Linux, shell scripting, and Cron. I also bring hands-on troubleshooting knowledge across Windows, Linux/Ubuntu, DNS, TCP connectivity, disk and memory checks, and privacy-aware diagnostics.

Alongside support tooling, I developed machine-learning sentiment-analysis workflows on more than 50,000 tweets, achieving 92% classification accuracy with BERT and explainable AI. I’m a First-Class Computer Science graduate who values careful documentation, reproducible automation, and clear technical communication.
