Abdul-samad Nasir

I’m a Computer Science graduate with a First Class BSc and MSc in Advanced Software Engineering, and I’m now transitioning into cloud and IT infrastructure. I’ve built a strong technical base across programming, databases, and security-focused coursework, and I’m actively upskilling with industry-aligned cloud learning.

I’m currently studying Microsoft AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals (expected June 2026), with Security+ planned next. I’ve also delivered practical projects—like a UML class diagram editor built as a VS Code extension (TypeScript) using a server–client architecture, and a student budgeting app using React Native and a Firebase-backed datastore—so I can contribute with both engineering thinking and real, working outputs.

Alongside technical work, I bring customer-facing problem-solving experience from a high-volume service desk role, where I handle queries, resolve issues when possible, and escalate complex cases appropriately. I’m seeking an entry-level path into IT support, cloud support, or junior security operations, with a focus on reliability, continuous improvement, and measurable impact.
