What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a support or service desk role where I can use my experience troubleshooting hardware and network issues while continuing to build my technical skills.

At ComputerSpecialist, I built, configured, and deployed 250+ computer systems during my IT Technician placement. I also ran hardware diagnostics and stress tests to check system performance and stability.

I supported roughly 20 customers per month, diagnosing and documenting hardware and network issues. I also supported Microsoft 365 services and handled password resets and multi-factor authentication issues.

At Universal Computech Ltd, I troubleshot and resolved 175+ hardware faults, replaced faulty components, and tested systems before they were returned to customers. I documented processes and fixes to support team knowledge.

For my Cybersecurity degree at Aston University, I built a Python Firewall MCP Server that monitors live connections, flags unusual traffic, and manages Windows Defender Firewall rules. I'm continuing to build my skills in system administration, networking, and security.
