What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow client portfolios and improve customer experiences through stakeholder management, compliant service delivery, and end-to-end project ownership.

At DHL, I manage end-to-end service delivery and customs compliance for a portfolio of 10+ independent clients, including three VIP-tier accounts. I work directly with Dutch Customs and internal teams to resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining service standards.

At Elyass Trading, I grew the managed account portfolio from four to seven clients. I led client meetups with the board to review accounts, uncover growth opportunities, and raise funding.

I also built an onboarding experience for retail shops joining Tiffany & Co.'s new Amsterdam head office, the EU repair and after-sales hub. From concept to launch, I aligned leadership and cross-functional teams and established a compliance function for global operational requirements.

My background also includes network engineering, security operations, incident troubleshooting, and technical client support. I bring multilingual client relations in Arabic, English, and Dutch, alongside training in international business and diplomatic protocol.
