I’m looking for a remote role where I can coordinate HIPAA-compliant medical records, support billing workflows, and deliver exceptional customer service—working independently, staying organized, and collaborating with a responsive team.

I’m a results-driven remote professional with 10+ years of experience across healthcare administration, banking, call centre, and office management environments. I’m confident working independently while managing multiple priorities under pressure to deliver excellent outcomes.

Currently, I work remotely as a Medical Records Coordinator, retrieving and coordinating medical records from healthcare providers and facilities while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. I capture and maintain complete, organized patient data in digital systems, support billing workflows, and communicate professionally to request and follow up on outstanding records—fully aligned with HIPAA compliance.
