What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can design data-informed learning experiences, improve performance systems, and develop measurable training that supports learner transfer and organizational outcomes.

I am an instructional designer and performance improvement practitioner who creates learner-centered training, evaluations, and process documentation to close performance gaps. With graduate-level training and hands-on experience designing customer experience and educational programs, I apply models like ADDIE, SAM, ARCS, and BEM to produce measurable learning outcomes.

I have led admissions and program design in education settings, managed high-stakes conference operations, and developed onboarding and evaluation tools that improved role readiness and alignment. I prioritize data-informed design, usability, and transfer of learning through scenario-based activities, formative/summative evaluation, and clear process documentation.
