What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my people-first operations, training, onboarding, and data-analysis experience to improve processes, remove barriers, and help teams deliver effective programs at scale.

At ACUE, I serve as the primary operational contact for internal and external stakeholders, resolving high-volume support requests in under 24 hours and leading partner account setup, user provisioning, and platform configuration.

I've created SOPs, playbooks, user guides, and onboarding resources that support platform adoption and cross-functional implementation. I also administer reporting and evaluation workflows, using performance metrics, issue trends, and survey feedback to improve program quality.

Previously, at Central Michigan University, I delivered large-scale educational content and training for initiatives serving more than 2,500 students annually, while managing volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and logistics for leadership programs. My counseling background informs the empathetic, barrier-free support I bring to complex organizational and learning needs.
