At RioTinto, I lead delivery of the Rincon Culture Program in Salta, integrating culture, capability, workforce readiness, and operations across priority programs. Previously, I led change management across Operations, Functions, and the Rincon Project.
At RioTinto, I also led capability development for the lithium operation and change management for the Rincon acquisition integration. Earlier, I spearheaded change for an IT transformation across 11 Pilbara mine sites.
Across BHP, TotalUpstreamDenmark, DuPontSustainableSolutions, InpexAustralia, and other engagements, I’ve worked on leadership development, organisational change, and culture transformation in mining, energy, education, and government. My background is in Industrial & Organisational Psychology, and I’m based in Salta, Argentina, available for remote or contract engagements across LatAm and globally.
