At Nowports, I lead Culture, Employee Experience, Employee Relations, and Internal Communications initiatives for distributed teams across LATAM. I connect culture, policy, data, and AI to improve organizational experiences in fast-growing environments.
I partner with Legal, Ethics & Compliance, HR, and business leaders to manage workplace inquiries, policy violations, conflict resolution, performance calibration, and sensitive communications. I also designed an AI-powered cultural assessment tool that turns performance data into personalized leader action plans within the Performance Review process.
Previously at OLX Group, I led regional communications, employee experience, culture, employer branding, EVP, DEI, and rebranding initiatives for Product, Data, and Tech teams across Latin America.
My earlier work in marketing, branding, UX/UI, and strategic communication shaped my user-centered approach to employee experience design and People Analytics tools. I’ve also advised UNFPA on institutional communications and social-impact projects.
