At GIVAUDAN BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, I own the internal communications, organizational change and employee engagement agenda for the Buenos Aires Delivery Center. I partner with senior leaders and teams across HR, operations and global functions to align communications and change adoption with business priorities.

I lead employee listening cycles, from survey strategy and focus groups to leadership action planning. These insights informed culture and engagement initiatives that helped improve local belonging and advocacy indicators by approximately 10 percentage points over 2024–2025 compared with the 2023 baseline.

I also design Town Halls, strategic campaigns and digital content, and facilitate Prosci-based change management and leadership development workshops. I supported business transformation programs, including Project APEX, through change narratives, stakeholder mapping and readiness planning.
