I’m looking for a remote role where I can support daily operations and content workflows, coordinate with teams, and deliver consistently high-quality results—using my Google/Microsoft tools, attention to detail, and language/translation strengths.

I’m a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in content production, coordination, and communication, supported by a strong academic background in linguistics and translation. I combine language expertise with technical and organizational skills to support teams efficiently, manage workflows, and deliver high-quality results.

At NewsFactory, I supported daily news production as a Virtual Assistant, handling remote coordination and administrative tasks using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar. I managed night shift operations, oversaw content rendering and publishing with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop, and kept production efficient by coordinating across departments.
