What I'm looking for
I’m a Senior Unified Communications and Cloud Solutions Architect with 20+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise UCaaS, CCaaS, and VoIP environments. I bring deep expertise across cloud-hosted and on-prem deployments—SBCs, SIP trunking, routing, call flows, IVR, auto attendants, and contact center integrations—so customers can migrate with confidence and stabilize quickly.
In my recent roles, I’ve led technical implementation of cloud communications for SMB and enterprise customers, completing readiness assessments, call flow/IVR design, endpoint provisioning, service turn-ups, testing, cutovers, and post-deployment optimization. I also partner closely with sales and service teams in pre- and post-sales engagements, integrating tools like Microsoft Teams and Salesforce into customer voice workflows while earning strong customer and vendor partner satisfaction. Earlier, I designed global UCaaS and VoIP solutions across US, EMEA, and APAC, authored detailed SOWs, performed root-cause analysis, and created Visio architecture and solution documentation.
