I’m a results-driven “UC Telepresence and Voice Engineer” with deep expertise across Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM, CUC), telepresence, and VoIP. Since June 2019, I’ve worked on the Voice and Collaboration team implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco collaboration solutions and converting legacy NEC PABX into Cisco UC. A main highlight is my Webex Teams–based doctor/patient Video Visits API integration with Epic for the hospital and clinics.
I’m also hands-on with Webex Teams hybrid calling, including installing video endpoints across the UCDavis Health organization, and delivering WebRTC and iOS client-based telepresence. Previously, as a Senior Solution Engineer – Collab and Collaboration Engineer (SME), I deployed hosted cloud collaboration, Informacast/Fusion paging, and large-scale Cisco phone and speaker solutions—often involving replacements of Avaya/Mitel systems and supporting ~300 global customers. Earlier, as a Senior Network Manager, I led EMEA-wide availability for LAN/WAN/VoIP, supervised teams, and owned upgrades like CUCM/Unity upgrades and firmware rollouts.
