What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine customer service, communications, and telephone operations to support people with clarity and care—working as a great team player, handling tasks under pressure, and growing in corporate schemes and marketing.

I secured an attachment in the communications department at PostaKenya, keeping up to date with current affairs, and supporting the organizing and putting together of high profile events and conferences.

At The Nairobi Hospital, I worked as a Telephone Operator, managing all incoming and outgoing phone calls, directing calls to the appropriate departments, and providing accurate information to callers. I also focused on enhancing the quality of care and services for patients by ensuring a seamless, compassionate, and supportive experience.
