I’m a hands-on operations and training professional who blends end-to-end production thinking with a people-first approach. As the Owner of an event organization business, I conceptualize and direct high-end, location-based photoshoots, build complete travel itineraries, and manage production logistics—from vendor coordination and permits to tight timelines—then oversee photo editing and post-processing to deliver polished results.

Previously, I co-founded and managed a start-up coffee shop, leading concept development, menu and pricing strategy, and supplier partnerships. I also led hiring and training, set service standards and workflows, and supported partner coffee shop launches with equipment, materials, and operational guidance, including basic training on coffee preparation, machine operation, and customer service. I’ve further strengthened my operational discipline as an Operations Manager and event coordinator assistant, while my training background (from product-knowledge and systems training to onboarding and trainee performance feedback) comes from my experience as an Associate Training Specialist and Customer Service Associate—where I consistently resolved customer concerns and maintained service quality.

Now, I’m pursuing Postgraduate Brand Creation and Management at Instituto Séneca, and I’m actively seeking remote freelance or full-time opportunities in operational management, brand strategy, or corporate training. I want roles where strong execution, thoughtful brand perspective, and continuous improvement are valued—and where I can help teams deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.
