What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity in IT support, technology operations, or software development where I can troubleshoot issues, support users, apply my Python and web development training, and continue learning new technologies.

I've supported customers and daily operations at Baus Optical Kenya, resolving inquiries, complaints, after-sales needs, and product-related questions while maintaining accurate sales and customer records.

As a Research Assistant at the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics, I collected, organized, and analyzed survey data and prepared reports and dashboards to support timely project delivery. I bring careful documentation, analytical problem-solving, and clear communication from research and client-facing work.

I'm a Computer Science graduate with software engineering training from ALX Africa and Python Essentials training from Cisco/OpenEDG. I work with Python, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Git, GitHub, Excel, Google Sheets, and digital productivity tools, and I'm interested in IT support, technology operations, and software development.
