What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can run CRM and pipeline support, handle sales follow-up and customer correspondence, and coordinate day-to-day operations for a remote team.

I coordinate sales operations across CRM, pipeline support, email and calendar management, and customer relationship management. In my online e-commerce work, I handled a big share of customer email communications, supported product promotion, and kept sales follow-up on track.
