What I'm looking for

I'm exploring opportunities in community engagement, stakeholder relations, customer success, volunteer management, project coordination, and related fields where I can strengthen relationships, improve processes, and create positive experiences.

At Drax Group, I lead community outreach and stakeholder engagement across Armstrong, Lavington, and Princeton, building trusted relationships with local organizations, leaders, and residents. I also manage the local Drax Community Fund, helping organizations navigate funding while aligning investments with community and company priorities.

Previously at Canada Learning Code, I managed 50–70 Chapter Leads and Coordinators and supported 250–600 mentors and instructors through virtual and in-person programming. I improved the full volunteer cycle, used Salesforce and Google Sheets to analyze engagement data, and managed integrations across Salesforce, Eventbrite, WordPress, and Mailchimp.

I've also delivered coding workshops to thousands of learners, supported hundreds of Scouts Canada volunteers, recruited and trained new volunteers, and facilitated engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
