What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can design and deliver inclusive, person-centered programming, deepen community partnerships, and support teams. I want a culture that values cultural respect, accessible services, and continuous program improvement.

I’m a program and community engagement leader with experience designing and delivering inclusive, person-centered programming across Indigenous governance, non-profit, and international education settings. I focus on accessible services, cultural respect, and community well-being while building strong partnerships that improve participation and outcomes.

In my current role as a Community Outreach Manager, I lead the development and delivery of community-based programming supporting children and families, while coordinating outreach initiatives and partnerships to improve access, participation, and engagement. I also collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align post-secondary programs with community needs.

Previously, I’ve managed outreach and education programs—leading program delivery, supervising staff, and ensuring classroom and program consistency. I bring strengths in program management, team coordination, stakeholder and family communication, and conflict resolution, with a proven ability to evaluate and improve programs through feedback.
