I've managed group sales and event execution at Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts, overseeing more than 175 corporate and leisure group events for 10–300 guests. I coordinated proposals, contracts, inspections, rooming lists, and post-event execution while partnering across Sales, Reservations, Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Events.

At Jamaica Pegasus Hotel, I coordinated 100+ corporate and social events annually, maintained accurate contracts and payment documentation, and developed tailored solutions that strengthened repeat business. Earlier, at Courtleigh Hotel & Suites, I supported efficient check-in and check-out for an average of 70 guests daily and helped maximize occupancy through proactive guest follow-up.

I'm now overseeing housekeeping and janitorial operations at JN Maintenance, coordinating staffing, training, quality inspections, inventory, reporting, and client concerns. I bring 9+ years of luxury hotel and facilities operations experience focused on service standards, client relationships, and high-performing teams.
