What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fast-paced role where I can accurately process information, maintain confidential records, resolve discrepancies, and contribute strong customer service and administrative support.

I'm currently processing high-volume dental claims at UMR, part of UnitedHealth Group, where I verify member eligibility, maintain electronic records, resolve discrepancies, and meet quality and accuracy goals while following HIPAA guidelines.

Previously at OptumRx, I updated customer and prescription information, verified member records, and worked with providers and pharmacies to resolve discrepancies across multiple systems.

My background also includes customer service and data entry at PLS Financial Services, along with route operations and customer support at the United States Postal Service. I'm bilingual in Spanish and English and bring dependable, organized support to fast-paced environments.
