I’m looking for remote opportunities in Customer Support, Customer Success, and Operations—where I can resolve incidents fast, improve KPIs, optimize processes, and collaborate with international teams.

I’m a Customer Service Specialist with experience in customer support, medical insurance, and operational management. I’ve worked in international environments providing support to customers, resolving incidents, and optimizing day-to-day processes.

As an Area Manager for retail shops (2021–present), I supervise operations across up to 5 stores, managing, training, and monitoring teams. I analyze performance indicators (KPIs), implement operational improvements, and coordinate between stores and departments to keep efficiency high.

Previously at Bosch - Ecuador (2016–2020), I handled telemarketing and sales by delivering customer service through calls, managing inquiries, following up with clients, and resolving incidents. Today, I’m looking for remote opportunities in Customer Support, Customer Success, and Operations.
