What I'm looking for

I'm seeking international remote or relocation opportunities where I can contribute to complex ERP, PMO, digital transformation, and process-improvement projects while expanding my global experience.

I'm currently supporting ERP implementation projects at TOTVS, coordinating planning, execution, functional teams, risk management, testing, user training, and go-live readiness across Finance, Tax, Accounting, Purchasing, Logistics, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Sales.

At Marcopolo, I structured and managed an HR Project Management Office, aligning portfolios with long-term objectives and establishing governance, monitoring routines, standardized practices, and hybrid predictive-agile approaches. I also supported project reporting and decision-making with Microsoft Project, Excel, Qlik Sense, and Kanban-based tools.

Through PMI Rio Grande do Sul, I've led the end-to-end delivery of the 16th Serra Gaúcha Project Management & Leadership Seminar and coordinated events, communications, institutional relationships, volunteer teams, sponsors, speakers, and professional-development initiatives.

My work brings together project delivery, stakeholder coordination, process analysis, ERP implementation, and technology-enabled business transformation.
