I’m looking for a Project/PMO role where I can lead agile delivery, strengthen governance and risk management, and drive measurable operational improvements with KPIs and dashboards—working closely with Tech, Product, Finance, and Operations.

I’m a project management professional with over 7 years of experience leading end-to-end initiatives in complex, fast-changing environments. I specialize in building operational predictability through governance, risk management, scope control, scheduling, KPIs, and executive reporting.

I’ve managed budgets of up to BRL 8M and cross-functional teams of up to 15 people, aligning delivery to OKRs and strategic prioritization. I structure data-driven operations using process mapping and optimization (AS-IS/TO-BE), applying continuous improvement frameworks like PDCA, DMAIC, and Lean.
