I’m looking for a role where I can coordinate complex projects with clear KPIs, manage budgets and stakeholders, and drive operational process improvements—partnering across teams and delivering high-quality outcomes with structured governance.

I am a Project Coordinator with 7+ years supporting complex projects and operations across public and private sectors. I bring a structured execution style and a process improvement mindset, backed by strong organization and communication skills. I also focus on stakeholder alignment, documentation rigor, and delivery quality.

In my current role at Comunitas, I lead the coordination of 21 strategic projects totaling over BRL 10 million, spanning public sector innovation, urban development, fiscal management, and institutional modernization. I deliver initiatives across 8 municipalities and 3 states, coordinating with a congressional caucus to foster alignment across government levels. I manage 28 technical partners and consultants, designing workplans, KPIs, targets, and governance frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making and long-term sustainability.

Previously, as an Innovation Analyst at Fundação Bradesco, I supported the redesign and optimization of operational workflows for rural school units and managed the internal project portfolio with up-to-date documentation, stakeholder mapping, and risk assessments. Earlier roles included Educational Analyst positions where I handled end-to-end operations for large-scale synchronous/asynchronous/in-person programs and an online course (over 30 teachers and external production teams). I also worked as a Strategy Assistant, developing performance dashboards and conducting ad hoc analyses using SQL and SAS.
