I'm looking to lead clinical operations, nursing practice, or transformation programs where I can align people, process, data, and technology to improve care delivery and create sustainable results.

At OSF HealthCare, I lead clinical services initiatives that turn complex priorities into clear workflows, role definitions, reporting needs, and operational action plans. I coordinate operations, nursing, IT, quality, supply chain, vendors, finance, and leadership.

I've reduced workflow variation in nurse-led clinics, improved visibility through dashboards and reporting, and developed scalable hypertension-control models supported by improved Epic documentation design.
