At Central Ohio Primary Care’s Dublin Internal Medicine practice, I brought scanning and indexing in-house after assessing internal capacity, then reinvested part of the avoided contract costs in staff compensation. I also replaced an outsourced paging service, upgraded phone functionality, and developed the practice’s first formal budget.
I’ve standardized patient intake and front-office workflows at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility and coordinated administrative operations across three sites at FiveStar Pulmonary Associates. My work includes Epic workflows, patient access, inventory tracking, and communication between clinical and front-office teams.
