At INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Group – Pulmonology, I lead clinical and administrative operations and achieved a 10% improvement above established KPI targets. I also reached a 97% patient copay collection rate while keeping departmental spending below budget for two consecutive years.

I analyze RVUs, provider utilization, appointment access, and financial trends to inform operational priorities. I coordinate clinic templates, hospital rotations, procedural coverage, and credentialing to support provider capacity and patient access.

At Providence Health, I directed operations across three specialty ambulatory practices and a 28-member interdisciplinary team. I participated in a cross-functional workgroup developing a system-wide referral process and Epic referral form functionality.
