At Cisco, I launched the Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI)/Nutanix CX Services offer and Cloud Network Non-Controller Success Track coverage. I owned service definition, delivery readiness, ordering guides, and seller enablement, and supported technical support attach bookings reaching $20.5M annualized.
I took the Data Center Network Success Track from Limited to General Availability in three months and designed lifecycle adoption motions that drove $16M in attached sales. I also operated CX Cloud, Cisco’s digital customer success platform.
As Manager, Customer Delivery, I led 15 solution engineers and architects delivering Collaboration Professional Services to Global Enterprise and Global Service Provider customers across the Americas Northeast, supporting a $40M annual services business. I partnered with sales and business development, coached engineers, and served as an escalation point for client satisfaction.
Earlier, I was a core member of the team that built Cisco’s Webex/Collaboration professional services portfolio, with several offers still in market today. I also managed Cisco conferencing services across Webex, Cloud Connected Audio, Jabber, Spark, and Collaboration Meeting Rooms.
