I'm looking to lead customer success strategy for SaaS or enterprise technology customers, improving adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion through strong cross-functional partnership.

At Vendidit, I owned Customer Success strategy for GlobalSKU, building onboarding playbooks and engagement processes for hundreds of SMB and mid-market accounts. I helped lift trial-to-paid conversion to approximately 20% and identified upgrade opportunities through usage data.

At HPE Aruba Networking, I managed renewal strategy for 10–12 enterprise accounts, including municipalities and Fortune 500 companies. I delivered 100% retention with zero churn across a $5 million ARR book and upgraded 20% of accounts to larger coverage tiers.

Previously at Dell Technologies, I managed 30+ global EUC deployment and factory integration projects while driving 40% ARR expansion across managed accounts.
