What I'm looking for
I’m a Technical Account Manager who partners with enterprise customers as a strategic advisor and primary technical point of contact. I lead onboarding, implementation, and optimization, run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and align platform capabilities to customer goals to support client retention, adoption, and expansion.
Previously, I shifted into Product Management to partner with engineering and turn customer feedback into technical requirements and roadmap priorities. Earlier in my career, I managed escalated technical issues, improved internal workflows and resolution times, and delivered hands-on support and user training—experiences that shape how I communicate, triage, and drive outcomes across engineering, support, and go-to-market.
