What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Customer Service Representative role where I can use customer service, case analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills to resolve complex client needs and maintain accurate documentation.

At Young Williams, I manage a high-volume child support caseload, review legal and financial documentation, calculate support obligations, and prepare materials for hearings, modifications, and enforcement actions.

I coordinate with courts, employers, attorneys, government agencies, and Child Support Enforcement Units to keep cases compliant with federal, state, and agency policies. I also help clients pursue collections, complete public-assistance applications, and establish child support arrangements.

Previously at AT&T, I supported customers with billing, wireless products, technical support, and account management while resolving complex issues and exceeding performance metrics. I accurately documented interactions, tracked orders, processed invoices, and recommended products based on customer needs.
