At South Jersey Industries, I worked as an Independent Contractor and Billing Analyst, improving billing operations and implementing operating procedures with other contractors. I managed a high volume of bills pending during Hurricane Ida and planned meter changes, updated meters, and billed customers.
At the Water Department for Northeast Ohio, I researched and resolved billing issues, served as Chief Analyst for SSCBOUTS accounts, and trained three billing analysts. Earlier, at the City of Cleveland Prosecutor’s Office, I investigated misdemeanor complaints and helped reduce intake time from 60 to 20 minutes by improving processes. At the City of Cleveland Division of Water, I supported the transition to CC&B and worked on billing issues using Oracle Utilities Software.
